About
I'm Alexander Poglubko — a technician who fell in love with systems, software, and building things that make everyday life clearer and more controllable.
Most of my day starts with physical systems: pressure, flow, tolerances, and people who need a reliable fix. That same mindset shows up in product work — clear interfaces, honest metrics, and tools that reduce friction instead of adding dashboards for their own sake.
Mortgage Tracker is my flagship project in active development: a mobile-first app for payment history, amortization, equity, OCR receipts, and subscriptions. This site and the product are still evolving — demos use sample data only.
